Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were a bit on the small side, they were cozy, clean, and featured a nice-sized bathroom and comfy robes. The service was phenomenal from the front desk and bar staff, but disappointing when addressing issues like parking and concierge assistance. The location was fabulous, adjacent to a monument honoring war heroes, with an awesome fitness room and friendly service. The dining experience was pleasant, comparable to local restaurant prices, but there were inconsistencies. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I found the hotel to be cozy and clean, although a bit small. The rooms were nicely set up with plenty of counter space and an extra closet in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no fridge or minibar, and some updates are needed to keep up with other hotels in the area.
The hotel rooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrading, but they are clean and warm. The service was friendly and helpful, although not the most mature. The location is great for exploring the city, and the dining experience was satisfactory. The facilities offer decent amenities for the price.
My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were comfortable, but they didn't look exactly like the pictures. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to visit, although I did feel a bit of stiffness in my back and neck. The dining experience was fantastic, with beautifully presented dishes and reasonable prices. Overall, a good value for money with some minor room issues.
The hotel was in a well-located spot near Monument Circle, offering easy access to everything in Indianapolis. The rooms were adequate and comfortable, although they were beside a parking garage with lights on all night. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The dining experience, however, was a bit disappointing as the free breakfast was not provided. Overall, a decent hotel with a great location, friendly service, and comfortable rooms.
The hotel is conveniently located near Monument Circle with easy access to bars, restaurants, and downtown nightlife. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though some maintenance is needed. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters. The location is fantastic for exploring downtown Indianapolis, especially for conference attendees. The dining options were satisfactory but could improve. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
